In Laguiole, your hosts, Maryline and Gilles are willing to share a feeling of Aubrac region which diverse indigenous fauna and flora arouse all senses. At their home, you will feel truly welcome to discover their land and their original cooking made only with fresh and seasonal products coming from local farmers.

2017 Openings

In July and August, the hotel is open 7 days a week from 3 pm,
and the restaurant is closed on Tuesday at noon.

Starting from September, we will be open from Thursday to Monday.

Annual holidays from November 6th, 2017 to March 25th, 2018
